Every package includes a tote dolly and a refundable security deposit hold on your card (never charged unless something's missing or damaged). Need tape, boxes for fragile items, or an extra dolly? Add it to your order at checkout.

On your scheduled delivery day, we drop off your clean, sanitized totes and dolly. The moment they arrive, you get a photo confirmation by text — so you know exactly what showed up and when, even if you're not home.

Use the totes and dolly for the length of your rental — no need to build a single box. Need more time? A one-tap link in your reminder text extends your rental at 50% of your original package price per additional 7 days. No calls, no re-booking.

A couple of days before your pickup date, we'll text you a reminder. All you need to do is have your totes and dolly stacked and accessible at the pickup address — no need to be home. Check the checklist below so pickup day goes smoothly.

We collect your totes and dolly and send a final photo confirmation. If everything's back in full, your deposit is released within 3–5 business days — no action needed on your end. If something's missing or damaged, you're only billed for that specific item, at the rate listed in our Terms of Service.
